Shipping Policy

Payment

  • I currently accept PayPal. Please pay at time of ordering.
  • You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. You are welcome to contact me with any questions you may have about checkout.
  • Paypal eCheck payments can take up to five days to process. I will send your order as soon as payment clears.

Shipping

  • I ship all packages USPS first-class or priority mail. I try to choose the least expensive method to keep your shipping costs low – FREE .
  • If you need an item in a hurry, I’m happy to expedite shipping. Just get in touch with me before ordering to arrange for an increased shipping cost.
  • At my discretion, I may add insurance, delivery confirmation, or signature requirements on some items, namely, my limited edition artist books or prints. This cost is included in the shipping price listed.
  • I will ship internationally. If shipping is not listed to your country, please get in touch with me so I can give you an estimate!

Refunds and Exchanges

  • I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a package gets lost or damaged in the mail, I will either refund your money or send you a new item.
  • My letterpress products are hand printed and hand bound, so please allow for slight variations in color, texture, etc. from item to item. However, if your order arrives and you are really unhappy with it, I will refund the purchase price minus what it cost me to ship the item(s), provided you send the item(s) back in good condition and at your cost.
  • My limited edition prints will always be mailed with insurance. If a limited edition item is lost or damaged in the mail, I will refund your money or send a new item. Because they are limited edition art pieces, though, I cannot offer refunds for any other reason. Please be sure of your decision before purchasing, and feel free to ask me questions about any item.
